Let's do this!

​So you took that brave first step to begin a 90 day plan with me! Good for you! I'm super proud of you for taking that first step.

Now the next step is to set a goal, plan and then remain consistent. I will do my part to help keep you motivated throughout these 90 days, but you have to promise to be committed to putting in the effort each day, so that you see the results at the end.

I promise you, if you invest, you can and you will see results!

Step 1:   Commitment form - Download this document and agree to sign off and keep this document with you as a reminder of your commitment to yourself.

Step 2:   Planning & Keeping Track of Your Progress

There are two types of documents that you will need to achieve your goals: 

1.  Guiding & Planning Documents 

    - Ways to keep yourself motivated
    -  Ideas & Philosophies to live by

      - Meal Plan Support:
                - Sample Grocery List
                - Sample Meal Plan

   - Healthy Meal Ideas:
               - Breakfast
               - Lunch & Dinner


Fitness/ Activity Support:
   - Sample 90 day Fitness Plan (Gym + Home):
            -  Suggested Activities (Gym, outdoors)
            -  In Home Programs to consider:
                     - Beachbody - ChaLean Extreme, P90x3, T25
                     - Jillian Michaels - 30 day Shred

Use this template to map out your fitness schedule for the week.
 

These are some documents that you can use as reference when coming up with your plan for food and activities throughout the week and month. 

2. Tracking Sheets
  
   -   Daily Meal and Activity Tracker
   -   Measurements Tracker

These are documents you need to keep close to you. Keep them on your phone, laptop or even in hard copy in your purse or wallet. Just be sure to make a habit of tracking your daily intake and monthly measurements. As we continue, we can discuss your program!

Step 3:   Motivation and Inspiration!

In addition to the above, we will (as discussed) keep you motivated through:

1.  Bi-monthly meetings (via phone or skype)
These meetings will be used to  review your progress

2.  Bi-Weekly emails
You will receive bi-weekly motivational emails to keep you going.

3.  Facebook support group & Facebook Page

Be sure to join the Facebook group so that you can keep in touch with others that are on the program AND... be sure to join our Facebook page, so that you can see daily tips and ideas that are being shared more broadly.
